Format and quality.
The file you download is a PNG image. Snapchat publishes Bitmojis at roughly 320×320 to 640×640 pixels - high enough for profile pictures, stickers, social posts and small-format print. PNG is lossless, so the avatar keeps its sharp lines and flat colours. The background is solid (not transparent) - if you need a cutout, any image editor with background removal cleans it up in seconds.
What we will and won't do.
Only Bitmojis on accounts with a public profile can be downloaded. If a username doesn't have a public profile turned on, Snapchat doesn't publish their Bitmoji anywhere on the open web - and SnapStoryView will never try to bypass that. We don't authenticate into Snapchat, we don't scrape private accounts, and we don't keep any record of which usernames you searched for.
